By using Linglo PTE ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description

Linglo PTE is a free practice tool for PTE Academic exam preparation. It provides reading and listening exercises with automated grading and AI-generated explanations.

3. Accounts

• You need an account to save your progress.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Redistribute the question content commercially
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure

5. Content

Questions and practice materials are provided for educational purposes. AI-generated explanations may contain errors and should not be treated as authoritative.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times
• Scores or grading will be identical to actual PTE results
• AI explanations are always accurate

7. Limitation of Liability

Linglo PTE is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to exam results, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
