1. What We Collect

When you use Linglo PTE, we collect:

• Account info — email address and name (via Google login or email signup)
• Practice data — your answers, scores, and progress for each question
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, interactions, and related event data (via Google Analytics)
• Device info — browser type, screen size, and operating system, and approximate technical metadata collected through analytics and security logs
• Identifiers — persistent identifiers such as cookies, session tokens, and analytics identifiers. If you sign in, analytics events may be associated with your account-level identifier.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the practice experience
• To track your progress and show personalized stats
• To understand how features are used and improve them
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• To enforce our terms, policies, and content protections

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics — for usage analytics. Google may receive cookie data, device data, page-view data, event data, and account-linked identifiers used to measure product usage. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth — for authentication. We only receive your email and name.
• Supabase — for data storage (hosted in the cloud with encryption at rest).

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies and similar technologies for usage tracking, fraud prevention, and session management. You can control some cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working properly.

If you access the Service from the EEA or UK, additional cookie and privacy rules may apply. We may change how analytics or cookies are deployed for those regions, request consent where required, or restrict access to certain features until compliance controls are in place.

5. Data Retention

Your account and practice data are kept as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain backup, log, and security records for a reasonable period even after you delete your account.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Delete your account through the account settings page or request deletion by contacting us

When you delete your account, we delete your authentication account and associated practice attempt records from the active Service. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests, and we may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.
